Acting in a partner-oriented manner also means: We ensure that everything works exactly as you defined it. We act and control. We are able to adapt a wide variety of tests to individual needs and requirements.
Early detection of errors
Quality assurance comes first at GBS Electronic Solutions. Any errors in the assembly are discovered early in the course of quality assurance, since every production step is checked afterwards. With the automatic optical inspection (AOI) it is optically compared whether the right component has been fitted in the right position with the correct polarity. The in-circuit test (ICT) checks the electrical properties of the components. Function tests after the end of the production process check whether the circuits actually work as planned.
Absolute transparency ensures high production standards
We rely on a zero-defect strategy in order to offer our customers constant performance.
The production lines are connected to a traceability system in order to fully demonstrate which component was installed on which circuit board. Any errors are completely traceable. The quality status of the products that has already been achieved is made visible on white board monitors throughout the entire production process.
