SMT assembly

THT assembly

01005 assembly

Thanks to a SIPLACE SX1 with the highly flexible SIPLACE MultiStar placement head, GBS Electronic Solutions is able to assemble 01005 components precisely, quickly and reliably.

Painting and potting

To avoid damage, particularly in the case of heavily used, sensitive or safety-relevant parts, it is advisable to protect the printed circuit boards by painting or potting.

BrushForm

Reflow soldering

GBS Electronic Solutions uses a reflow soldering system from SMT Maschinen-und Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG. This is also suitable for extremely complex assemblies in large series production.

Selective soldering

With the highly flexible mini wave selective soldering system, GBS Electronic Solutions employees can solder also small or even zero series processes reliably and with the highest quality.

Hot bar soldering

Hot bar soldering is also used at GBS Electronic Solutions. This process is an inexpensive alternative to hand soldering individual connections.

Rework station

The rework station at GBS Electronic Solutions enables repairs of assemblies or the replacement of components on the assembled printed circuit board from SMD production. It works with high precision and can be adapted flexibly for small series.
