From CAD data to the producible circuit board
You supply the data - we make it ready for series production and create the corresponding manufacturing panels. Our services include the optimal design of the panels or PCB assembly with regard to all manufacturing processes: setting performance for PCB assembly, costs and suitability for automatic assembly along with testing and separation processes.
Material data automotive
In the automotive industry there are strict requirements for the documentation of all used materials and their chemical composition. This also applies to electronic assemblies. GBS takes over the necessary entries for you in the IMDS database for all assemblies manufactured by us.
Customer-specific test adapters
Each circuit board has a different function. That is why every printed circuit board also requires a test system configured according to its specific functionality. We develop and program the test adapters ourselves and adapt them to your needs. This includes manual and automatic in-circuit and function tests to check the basic function as well as end-of-line tests to check completely assembled modules.
